The Diocese of Coroico (Latin: Dioecesis Coroicensis ) is a location in Bolivia Roman Catholic diocese based in Coroico.

History

The Diocese of Coroico was born on November 7, 1958 by Pope John XXIII. with the Apostolic Constitution Ex quo built out of territory of the Archdiocese of La Paz as Territorialprälatur Coroico. On 28 July 1983, the Territorialprälatur Coroico was elevated by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Cum conster to the diocese. The Diocese of Coroico is the Archdiocese of La Paz is a suffragan.
