Roman Catholic Diocese of Doruma–Dungu
The Diocese of Dungu - Doruma (Latin: Dioecesis Dorumaensis - Dunguensis ) is a located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo Roman Catholic diocese based in Dungu.
History
The Diocese of Dungu - Doruma was posted on February 24, 1958 by Pope Pius XII. built with the Apostolic Constitution Qui cotidie of annexations of the Apostolic Vicariate Niangara as Apostolic Prefecture Doruma. On September 26, 1967, the Apostolic Prefecture was Doruma by Pope Paul VI. charged with the Apostolic Constitution Haud multum to the diocese. The diocese Doruma was renamed on July 3, 1970 in the diocese of Doruma - Dungu.
The diocese Doruma - Dungu is the Archdiocese of Kisangani is a suffragan.
