The diocese Kafanchan (Latin: Dioecesis Kafancanus ) is a location in Nigeria Roman Catholic diocese based in Kafanchan.

History

The diocese was erected Kafanchan on 10 July 1995 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Cum ad aeternam from annexations of the Archdioceses of Jos and Kaduna and the Archdiocese of Kaduna is a suffragan. First bishop was Joseph Danlami Bagobiri.
