Roman Catholic Diocese of Mazatlán

The Diocese of Mazatlán ( Latin: Dioecesis Mazatlanensis, Spanish: diócesis de Mazatlán ) is a location in Mexico Roman Catholic diocese based in Mazatlan.

History

The Diocese of Mazatlan was on 22 November 1958 under Pope John XXIII. built with the Apostolic Constitution Qui hominum from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Durango and Sinaloa of the diocese and the Archdiocese of Durango is a suffragan. On June 10, 1968, the Diocese of Mazatlán were parts of its territory from establishing the built with the Apostolic Constitution Non habentibus Territorialprälatur El Salto.
