Roman Catholic Diocese of Nebbi

The Diocese of Nebbi (Latin: Dioecesis Nebbensis ) is a location in Uganda Roman Catholic diocese based in Nebbi. It includes the District of Nebbi.

History

Pope John Paul II founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Cum ad aeternam on 23 February 1996 from cessions of territory of the Diocese of Arua and it became the Archdiocese of Gulu assumed as suffragan.
