The Diocese of Picos (Latin: Dioecesis Picuensis ) is a located in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Picos in the state of Piauí.

History

The Diocese of Picos was born on October 28, 1974 by Pope Paul VI. built out of territory of the Archdiocese of Teresina and of the Diocese of Oeiras. It was the archbishopric Teresina is a suffragan.
