Roman Catholic Diocese of Prince George

The Diocese of Prince George (Latin: Dioecesis Principis Georgensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.

The diocese was first established as Apostolic Vicariate of Prince Rupert, as a splinter group of the Diocese of Whitehorse on 14 January 1944, and raised on 13 July 1967 independent diocese, which was assigned to the Archdiocese of Vancouver, suffragan.

The previous bishops all belonged to the Order of the Oblates of Mary Immaculatae ( Oblates ( OMI ) ).
