Roman Catholic Diocese of Tandag

The Diocese of Tandag (Latin: Dioecesis Tandagensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in Mindanao, Surigao del Sur Province, Philippines. Bishop is based in Tandag City.

The diocese was on 16 June 1978 by Pope Paul VI. erected from the Diocese of Surigao and the Archdiocese of Cagayan de Oro (Philippines) is a suffragan. John Paul I sat on November 7, 1978 regular clergy Ireneo A. Amantillo CSsR into a bishop.
