Roman Catholic Suburbicarian Diocese of Sabina-Poggio Mirteto

The Diocese of Sabina -Poggio Mirteto (Latin Dioecesis Sabinensis - Mandelensis ) is suburbikarisches diocese and as such belongs to the Ecclesiastical Province of Rome. Bishop's seat is the town of Poggio Mirteto.

The Diocese of Sabina was born in the 5th century. 1841, the Diocese of Poggio Mirteto was founded, which was incorporated on June 3, 1925, the Diocese of Sabina to the " Diocese of Sabina and Poggio Mirteto ". On September 30, 1986, the name was changed by Pope John Paul II to its present form (" Diocese of Sabina -Poggio Mirteto ").
