History

The Territorialprälatur Jesús María del Nayar was born on January 13, 1962 by Pope John XXIII. built out of territory of the dioceses Colima and Zacatecas and of the Archdiocese of Durango. The Territorialprälatur was the Archdiocese of Guadalajara assumed as suffragan.
