Roman Catholicism in Andorra

The Roman Catholic Church in Andorra was never an independent diocese, but always belonged to the Spanish diocese of Urgell, whose bishop, together with the French President, is also head of state of the dwarf state. The Roman Catholic Church is the state religion in Andorra.

The majority of the Andorran (about 90 %) belong to the Roman Catholic Church.
