Ron Holland

Ronald John Holland ( born 1947 in Auckland, New Zealand) is a New Zealand designer of yachts. In addition to several successful racing yachts he also records the superyachts Mirabella V and Ethereal. He lives in Vancouver, Canada.

Biography

Holland began his career in sailing with eight. Then he learned boat builder in Auckland, where he designed his first ship in 1966, the 26 -foot sloop White Rabbit.

He then moved to Florida, where he designed the 24 - foot boat Eygthene, which in 1973 won the Quarter Ton Cup.
