Ronald Cerritos

Ronald Osvaldo Cerritos Flores (born 3 January 1975) is a former professional football player from El Salvador.

Clubs

Cerritos was primarily known as a striker during his time in Major League Soccer. In 1997, he was there his debut for the San Jose Clash, which later became the San Jose Earthquakes.

He then played for the Dallas Burn, DC United, San Jose Earthquakes and Houston Dynamo. After he had fallen out of the middle of 2006 from the array of Houston, he moved back to his homeland, where he was active in San Salvador FC.

In early 2008 he returned to the United States. He now plays when founded in 2007, Real Maryland FC in the third highest league USL Second Division.

National

Cerritos is national player of his country. Most recently, he was performing on the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup for his country.

His first international game he played on November 12, 1995 against Yugoslavia. His first goal for the national team of El Salvador, he scored in the match against Colombia on 29 May 1999. The game ended 2-1 to El Salvador.
