Ronnie Holassie

Ronald " Ronnie " Holassie ( born July 29, 1971 in Port of Spain ) is a former long-distance runner from Trinidad and Tobago.

Holassie was mainly the marathon distance, but also the half marathon and 5,000 - and 10,000 -meter runs. In 1996 he participated at the Olympic Games in Atlanta in the marathon. There he reached the 75th place with a time of 2:27:20 hours. Four years later he was able to improve to 2:19:24 hours and thus the 32th rank at the Sydney Games. On 29 April 2001, Holassie in Cleveland with 2:13:03 hours on his personal best value.
