Rosnay (Indre)

Rosnay is a commune with 542 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Indre in the Centre region. It belongs to the district e Blanc and the Canton of Le Blanc.

Rosnay is located in the Regional Natural Park of Brenne (French: Parc naturel régional de la Brenne ), some 35 kilometers away from Châteauroux, and is home to its management. Districts of Rosnay are: La Chaume, Le Coudreau, Collarderie La La La Vignauderie and Gilardière. Neighboring communities of Rosnay are Saint -Michel -en -Brenne in the north, Migné in the east, in the southeast Ciron, Ruffec in the South, Le Blanc in the southwest, Douadic in the west and Lingé in the northwest.
