Ross McWhirter

Alan Ross McWhirter (* August 12, 1925, † November 27, 1975 in London) founded in 1954 with his twin brother, Norris McWhirter, the now globally widespread Guinness Book of Records.

On 27 November 1975 he was the victim of an IRA - stop. McWhirter had offered a reward of 50,000 pounds sterling for the seizure of IRA members exposed who had perpetrated the London bombings.
