Rosse (crater)

Rosse is a small, bowl -shaped impact crater in the east of the Moon front page, in the plane of the Mare Nectaris, northeast of the crater Fracastorius.

The crater was 1935, 3rd Earl of Rosse officially named by the IAU by the Irish astronomer William Parsons.
