Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The Rossiyskaya Gazeta (Russian: Российская газета to Russländische German newspaper ) is a Russian daily newspaper; it is the official journal of the Russian government. The newspaper has, claims to be, currently has a circulation of 432,000. Office of the newspaper 's Moscow.

History

The newspaper was founded by the Government of the Russian Federation, the first issue was published on 11 November 1990.

Distribution and structure

According to the company Comcom that examines the spread of Russian mass media regularly, Rossiyskaya Gazeta that in the 3rd quarter of 2006 with an average of 734,000 readers each issue, or 1.2 percent of the Russian population.

The Rossiyskaya Gazeta is printed in the following cities: Arkhangelsk, Bishkek, Blagoveshchensk, Vladivostok, Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Orenburg, Penza, Perm, Rostov-on- Don, St. Petersburg, Samara, Saratov, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, Ufa, Cheboksary, Chelyabinsk and Yaroslavl.

The editions are published with a regional supplement. There are also thematic supplements, for example, on economic issues. The publisher, the state-owned enterprises of the Russian newspaper editors (Russian: ФГУ Редакция Российской газеты ), publishes a number of books such as legal texts and comments.

Editing

The editors have foreign correspondents in Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Italy, France, Sweden, Spain and the UK, to come correspondents in Geneva and Brussels.

Official Journal

The Rossiyskaya Gazeta is the official Official Journal of the Russian government, normative acts such as laws and decrees will only enter its publication in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta in force. In its capacity as the Official Journal publishes constitutional laws of the Russian Federation, laws which ukase of the Russian president, the decisions of the government and normative acts of ministries and agencies. These acts come of Parliament and Constitutional Court decisions.
