Rote Welle

Red Wave (also Red Wave ) is a deserted village near Gerbstedt in Saxony- Anhalt. From the village today are only ruins to find some from more recent times, as it no longer gave the village.

Red wave is 2.3 km north of the village in a valley Welfesholz in the valley of the creek of the same name.

After the Battle of Welfesholz 1115 Red Wave was sacked along with the villages Lodderstedt, Nisselsdorf, Milrode, Wesenstedt and Disdorf and burned.
