Rüdiger Neitzel

Rüdiger Neitzel ( born March 16, 1963) is a former German handball player. He played left back.

With the German national team Neitzel won the silver medal at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. In 124 international matches, he threw 334 goals, including 21 seven-meter. Neitzel was known for his very hard stance in defense and a lot of penalty minutes. In the 124 international matches, he came to a total of 102 penalty minutes.
