Locality

In quarrying 1861 in Neuvy -en- Sullias ( Cenabum / Aureliani, Roman province Lugdunensis; Loiret ) were discovered several Gallo- Roman bronze statuettes: a horse, a deer, wild boar and three nine human figures. The bronzes were to be revealed, only temporarily hidden in the underground room where you found them.

The inscription was found on the base of the bronze prancing horse. This bronze Fund was also dedicated to other deities - including Gallic interpretationes of the Roman god Mars. The name Rudiobus probably has a connection with the color red
