Rumen Angelov Galabow (also Rumen Angelov Galabov written, Bulgarian Румен Ангелов Гълъбов; born July 29, 1978) is a Bulgarian football player.

Galabow started his professional career in 1999 at the Bulgarian club Beroe Stara Zagora, before he first time in 2002 with a foreign club, FC Valletta, played. After one season he returned to Bulgaria and played for second division Minjor Pernik. 2006 brought him the Pietà Hotspurs again to Malta. After two seasons, he moved in 2008 to the team of Hibernians Paola, with those in the first year, he won the championship in the Maltese Premier League.
