Rusa IV

Rusa Rusaḫi ( Rusa, son of Rusa, pronunciation probably Ursa ) was a prince or king Urartian. It is sometimes performed as Rusa IV, the order of the ruler after Argišti II has not been established. From Rusa Rusaḫi are no building inscriptions, but objects from Bastam and a clay tablet from Karmir Blur, which was found in 1955, bear his name, as well as a sign of Toprakkale.
