Rusty Russell

Paul "Rusty " Russell ( born January 18, 1973 in London, England) is an Australian Linux kernel developers. He works in IBM's Linux Technology Center. He is also known for his work on packet filters and iptables, futex, loopback, hotplug CPU support and the in - kernel module loader.

In 1999 he organized the first Australian Linux Conference ( linux.conf.au ), which is currently taking place annually.
