Ruthenbach (Ems)

The Ruth Bach is a 9.2 km long left tributary of the Ems, in which it flows north-east of the hamlet of Clarholz Herzebrock- Clarholz.

He is not to be confused with the ruthenium Bach, whose official name is also Ruth Bach and by a bifurcation from the Rheda Bach in Halle (Westfalen ) is created.

Fauna

In the Bachaue of Ruth creek there is an occurrence of the helmet Azurjungfer, one of the rarest species of dragonflies in North Rhine -Westphalia.
