Rybice

Rybice ( German Riebitz ) is a village in the mayor's office in the municipality Gostyń Świerzno ( Schwirsen ) in the powiat Kamieński ( Pomerania in Pomerania ) in Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Geographical Location

Rybice located in Pomerania, north of the parish seat Świerzno, 11 kilometers northeast of the county town of Kamien Pomorski ( Pomerania in Pomerania ) and 71 kilometers north of the voivodship Stettin ( Szczecin). The village is located two kilometers south of the Baltic Sea coast and the seaside resort Pobierowo ( Poberow ).

History

Rybice 1364 is first mentioned in historical sources. 1390 it is mentioned as a noble residence owned by David of Brockhusen ( Brokhusen ), Mr. on Lüskow, Zoldekow, Riebitz and Great Justin. 1655, still owned by the noble family of the village was farmed by a farmer with 1/1/2 hooves country, as well as a Kossäten with 1/2 hooves country and a Kleinkossäten with 1/8 hooves country.

1782 Riebitz has two outworks, a farmer, half peasant, two Kossäten together eight fireplaces. Through inheritance Riebitz was divided into three Brockhausensche fief. 1903 with a Slavic Riebitz clay pot with mixed hacksilver content was found. This reflects mainly German coins were dated in the period 936-995, jewelery and bullion bars.

By 1945, the village was located in the district of Pomerania i Pom. In 1945, after the Second World War, the previously German village came under Polish administration. The German population was expelled. From 1945 to 1954, the village belonged to the parish Gostyń. In 1999, the village of West Pomeranian Voivodeship and powiat Kamieński.
