Saint-Front (Haute-Loire)
Saint-Front is a commune with 445 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Haute- Loire in the Auvergne region; it belongs to Arrondissement Le Puy -en -Velay and Canton Fay- sur -Lignon.
Geography
The municipality of Saint-Front is located about 25 kilometers southeast of Le Puy -en- Velay and a few kilometers northwest of Mont Mézenc, one of the highest hills of the Massif Central. Within the area of the crater lake Lac de Saint-Front is located, where the river originates Gagne, which drains to the Loire.
