Saint -Quay- Portrieux ( Breton: Sant - Ke - Porzh - Olued ) is a commune with 3130 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Côtes- d'Armor in the Brittany region. Saint -Quay- Portrieux situated on the bay baie de Saint- Brieuc near Plouha where there is 104 m, the highest cliffs in Brittany.
