Saint Sarkis Monastery of Gag

Saint Sargis Monastery of Gag (Armenian Գագա Սուրբ Սարգիս Վանք Gaga Surb Sargis Vank, Azerbaijani Avey kilsəsi, Russian Монастырь Святого Саркиса на горе Сурбсаркис ) is a now ruined Armenian Apostolic monastery of the early Middle Ages in the rayon Qazax of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Saint Sargis Monastery is located about 500 meters east of the present border with Armenia, and four kilometers west of the village Dasch Salachly. The Sargis Monastery was built on the top of the hill gag, a total of about 922 meters above sea level and 420 meters from the foot of the mountain.
