Samy Molcho
Samy Molcho ( born May 24, 1936 in Tel Aviv) is an Israeli pantomime. As such, he has described the means of communication body language in several books. He also acts as a director, especially for musicals.

Molcho was until 2004 a professor at the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts and at the Max -Reinhardt-Seminar. He gained worldwide fame as a writer by his books on body language, which have been translated into 12 languages and describe the effect of gestures and facial expressions on the interpersonal communication.
The Austrian nationals for the first time extended to purely psychological and dramatic elements as a young artist the pantomime. He was in the cultural exchange often for Austria on the road and has been held since 1980, the " International Summer Academy of pantomime and body language " in Vienna (with up to 200 participants from home and abroad). Samy Molcho is married since 1978 with Haya Molcho (nee Henry ) and has four sons: Nuriel, Elior, Ilan and Nadiv.
Since the age of 10 Molcho on stage. He studied classical dance in Israel as well as its modern forms and techniques of mime. After drama school he was from 1952 dancers at the Jerusalem municipal theater, four years later he became a soloist for modern dance in Tel Aviv. In 1960 he gave his first full-length pantomime evening, which made him internationally known.
In his books Molcho is not limited, as other authors, on the dialogue or the sales pitch, but examined, for example, the transition or interesting for married couples and the family. According to his studies, 80 percent of our reactions and decisions are triggered by non-verbal communication. Samy Molcho therefore promotes a better understanding of body language and a universal communication.
Since 1980 Molcho holds on this topic, lectures and seminars - including for managers, entrepreneurs, politicians and doctors. He also advised the Austrian Chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer at his performances for the national elections in Austria 2006.
