San Juan de Flores (also known as Cantaranas ) is a municipality in the department of Francisco Morazán in Honduras. It is located on the River Chiquito about 30 km away from the capital, Tegucigalpa. Every year in April, the festival de Alimentos tradicionales s vías de Extincion place, where traditional Honduran food is offered.
