San Simeon is a resort and a CDP on the Pacific coast in San Luis Obispo County in the U.S. state of California, United States, with 462 inhabitants (as of 2010). The geographic coordinates are: 35.64 ° N, 121.19 ° West. The metropolitan area has a size of 2.0 km ².

History

Attractions

The biggest tourist attraction is a large villa called Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst in the early 20th century. North of the village begins the picturesque coast of Big Sur.
