Sándor Kisfaludy

Sándor Kisfaludy of Kisfalud [ ʃa ː ndor kiʃfɒludi ] ( born September 27, 1772 in Sümeg, Zala county, † October 28, 1844 ) was a Hungarian poet and playwright.

1796 took Sándor Kisfaludy part in the Italian campaign against Napoleon Bonaparte and was a prisoner of war in the Provence. There he learned during his muse Vintage Róza Szegedy, whom he married in 1800.
