Sandy Mayer

Alexander " Sandy" Mayer ( born April 5, 1952 in Flushing, Queens, New York ) is a former American professional tennis player.

He won the men's doubles of the Wimbledon Championships 1975 Vitas Gerulaitis. In 1979 he won the men's doubles of the French Open with his younger brother Gene Mayer.

Sandy and Gene Mayer are the only brothers, both of which were conducted under the U.S. Top 10.
