Sangean

Sangean (Chinese山 进 电子, Pinyin Shān Jin Dianzi ) is a specialized on radio Taiwanese electronics manufacturer, which is now operating globally. In particular, by world receiver and, more recently, by digital receiver, the company has established a worldwide reputation. The company was founded in 1974 and is based in Zhonghe City New Taipei City and a factory in Dongguan, the PRC.

By-products, which are sold under its own name, the company also operates as a contract manufacturer: many of the world about the receiver from Siemens, Panasonic, Braun and Grundig have been or are still being developed and built by Sangean.

Sangean has in its history brought out more than 500 radio models and produced in the millions. For the developed model series Sangean has received several awards in the electronics industry.

WR -1: Base FM / AM with purist equipment

WR -11: Similar to WR- 1, but with a different bass and treble tuning, since the WR -1 is often the bass is felt to be too strong, also the power button has been redesigned so that it no longer center shaft has to be selected first, but FM can be immediately turned on.
