The Sanggan He (桑干河, Sānggàn Hé; German Sanggan River ) is the upper reaches of the Yongding He, the largest tributary of the Hai He in China. It flows in Northwest Hebei and northern Shanxi. His name (literally: " mulberry dry river " ) is because it dries because according to tradition, every year at the time of mulberry maturity. At its main stream of Cetian water reservoir is ( Cetian Shuiku册 田 水库).

Its total length is 506 km, it has a catchment area of ​​23,900 square kilometers. The main tributaries are Huliu He壶 流 河, Yu He御河, Yang He洋河and Hun He浑河.
