Sankt Eriksplan metro station

St. Erik plan is an underground station of the Stockholm Metro. It is located in Vasastaden district. The station is served by the Gröna linjen the Stockholm subway system. The central location in the city center makes the station to one of the most frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day 19,000 commuters to climb here. Transit traffic to the Pendeltåg trains is at the nearby station Karlberg.

The station was taken on October 26, 1952, in operation, when the metro section Hötorget Vällingby was inaugurated. The platforms are located approximately 8 meters below ground. The station is located between the stations and Odenplan Fridhemsplan. Stockholm Central Station is 1.5 km.
