Sant Mat
Sant Mat means "way of Sants " or " Path of the Masters " and is a synonym for Surat Shabd Yoga. He was taught among others by the Gurus, also relied on the Sikhism.
The doctrine of Sant Mat
The " doctrine of the Holy " is a Hindu reform movement that was in 1861 by Shiv Dayal Singh ( 1819-1879 ) was launched, which is considered as the personification of the Supreme Deity Radhasoami. A " Sant " Saint or Master of Sant Mat, sees himself as a mere tool of the divine will, divine wisdom and divine love. God, who exists as pure energy at a very high state of consciousness, by a perfect Master that exists on the same energy level, the soul, enables them to interact with the people in contact and to act in the world. The living perfect master frees the assigned souls from sorrow material arrest and leads them back to God.
The following key statement was made in 1974 as a call to humanity by Kirpal Singh on the Unity of Man Conference:
I want to ask you all, ,, whereever you come to spread everything you have heard here. Proclaim it from the rooftops, so that happiness and peace comes to the earth. I pray to God, and worship her with me that He gives us His special grace and provides for us to get a first-hand experience of reality. The ideal that stands before us is this: We are all one!
Who claims to love the invisible God, but applies neither consideration nor love for his fellow human beings visible, is on the wrong path.
On the basis of disputes concerning the successor Shiv Dayal Singh as a " living master " the movement has splintered into numerous groups. In Germany, the controversial " Holosophic society" ( also: Sant Mat meditation earlier, "Kirpal Ruhani Satsang ", directed by Thakar Singh, since his death in 2005 by Baljit Singh ) and the " science of spirituality " (formerly: Sawan Kirpal Ruhani Mission directed by Rajinder Singh represented ). The Community Eckankar refers to Shiv Dayal Singh.
Sant Mat and other religions
Sant Mat considered existing religions as the legacy of a deceased competent Master.
