Action

Peter Albright grew up in an orphanage. He writes a letter to Santa Claus, in which he wishes Merry Christmas. A teacher throws the letter into the fire. Albright is 25 years later, a television reporter; He shall report on Christmas, he does not like. His boss wants a happy reportage, but Albright prefers to show tragedies. Albright's girlfriend Claire Dreyer is a single mother of Zack; she works as a manager in a New York department store. Claire pressed Albright that this decides what will become of the relationship.
