The Sardinian pika ( Prolagus sardus ) is an extinct species of pikas, which was located exclusively on the Mediterranean islands of Sardinia and Corsica. The Sardinian pika belonged to the genus Prolagus. All Prolagus species are extinct. The also extinct Corsican Pika (formerly Prolagus Corsicanus ) was considered as a second species of this genus, but is now regarded as a subspecies of Sardinian pika.
