Satet

Satis (also Setjet, Satet ) is the Greek name of an ancient Egyptian goddess who is attested since the Old Kingdom.

Importance

The name of the Satis is first documented on stone jugs from the 3rd Dynasty, which were found among the Step Pyramid at Saqqara. From the 6th dynasty are found in the Pyramid Texts mention.
