Sattelkopf seen from the northeast
With saddle head is called a 2,097 m high peak in the Allgäu Alps.
Location
It lies west of the Notländsattel. From northerly Roßkopf, the pommel is separated by a broad saddle. South of the pommel is the Lärchwand with which they are connected by a ridge.
Ascent
On the saddle head leads no marked path. The summit can be reached from the east by the Jubilee (I ). This increase requires sure-footedness and mountain experience.
