Savanes Region, Togo

Savanes (German savannas ) is a region of Togo, with the capital Dapaong.

Geography

The region is located in the north of the country and is bordered to the north by Burkina Faso, on the south by the Kara region, to the west by Ghana and Benin to the east.

The region is divided into the prefectures Kpendjal, Oti, Tandjouaré and clays.
