Coking plants

Schalke ironworks Maschinenfabrik develops and builds Coking plants around the coke oven.

The coke oven are filled with zero emissions with a charging car with coking coal. The hot coke is pushed with the pushers from the chamber. The chamber doors are opened and closed hermetically. With the coke transfer machine the hot coke is fed into the Kokslöschfahrzeug. A stationary filtration system sucks all applicable emissions. In the fire truck the hot coke will be deleted. Schalke is setting up for both existing extinguishing systems, machinery and vehicles.
