Schell Bach is a district of the municipality Guteborn and is located in the south-east of Saxony-Anhalt castle district.

History

The former church was made up of the districts Lonzig, Ossig ( both places were incorporated on July 1, 1950) and Schell Bach together.

Since 1 January 2010, Schell Bach belongs with its suburbs, as well Bergisdorf, Droßdorf and Heuckewalde with the respective districts of the municipality Guteborn. This belongs to the municipality since Droyßiger - Zeitz forest.

Attractions

About the Municipality numerous four-side farms are distributed, which are listed buildings. The church in the district Ossig is a one-nave Romanesque building with choir tower. The 1489 first documented detectable sacred building has a subsequently grown choir polygon with highly articulated buttresses and is now a listed building.
