The Sneak Bach at Usingen

River

The Sneak stream rises in the Taunus mountains, south of Usingen, in a meadow east of the landfill fire wood. It flows in an easterly direction along the southern edge of Usingen along, crosses under the L 3270 and leads finally to the south of the development area Crawl Bach II from the left in the United States.

Landscape and character

The Sneak stream flows through a habitat with wet Hochstaudenfluren. A retention basin near the L 3270 prevents overflow of the creek when it rains.
