Schloss Rosegg

Called Schloss Rosegg, even Lucretia castle or castle of Liechtenstein, a 1772 -built castle in the valley is north of the castle hill of Rosegg, Carinthia, situated halfway between St. Michael and Duel.

History

The rule based on Rosegg castle was owned by the family since 1686, Orsini- Rosenberg. The main building has a shallow central projection and corner projections. It is decorated with a cornice. In the garden wall of the castle there are two Roman times grave inscriptions. Between the castle and the former castle hill a maze has been created.
