Schuyler Wheeler

Schuyler Skaats Wheeler ( born May 17, 1860April 20, 1923 ) was an American engineer who in 1882 invented the electric fan.

From 1888, he worked with Francis B. Crocker together in their firm Crocker & Wheeler, who later also the toast -o- lator brought out.

In 1904 he was awarded the John Scott Medal of the Franklin Institute.
