The Black Siepen is a 5.1 km long, orographic right tributary of the river Lenne in North Rhine- Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis, Germany.

Geography

The creek originates southeast of Altastenberg at an altitude of 750 m above sea level. NN. The source is located on the northwest flank of the Kahler Asten near the country road L640.
