Course

The Black Forest Road begins in Baden -Baden and rises steeply to the main ridge of the northern Black Forest up, which they achieved in the Buhlerhohe. Here's the same luxury hotel. At Hearthstone nature conservation center provides information on the Black Forest Nature Park Central / North. History

The name Black Forest High Road was first used in 1930 when the road between Hundseck and Unterstmatt was completed, the older routes from different valleys linked together into height field. The building was used to make the existing height hotels better for the emerging car accessible tourism. In the Third Reich following extensions strategic military importance, in particular the then unfinished construction of the section between hearthstone and Alexanderschanze through a nature reserve in the years 1938 to 1941.
